Engineering Excellence Meets Gamification Strategy

As a freelance software engineer, I support innovative projects from ideation through deployment.

My expertise covers needs analysis, production solution architecture, backend and frontend development, containerization, DevOps practices and operational maintenance.

Specialized in Symfony and API Platform backend engineering, I use data processing and business intelligence while integrating serious games to improve user experiences.

Three Targeted Business Scopes

Software architecture and DevOps

Security and scalability

Secure architecture, compliance, long-term scalability, DevOps integration, containerization and test-driven development.

Agility serving the project

Framing — Storyboarding & Game Design Document (GDD)

Applying immersive framing techniques from game design to craft fluid and intuitive user journeys. This visual, structured approach focuses effort on the product's core value, eliminating unnecessary overhead from the outset and locking in functional specifications without ambiguity.

Design & Engineering — Rhythmic Scrum Framework (Daily / Weekly)

Setting up short iterations punctuated by regular synchronization check-ins (daily and weekly). This continuous steering provides complete visibility over progress, eliminates tunnel vision, and enables immediate adjustments to prevent schedule or budget drift.

Delivery & Operational Continuity — Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Test-driven development ensures strict conformity between upfront functional decisions and actual product behavior in production. Every component is validated by automated tests, guaranteeing immediate technical robustness and sustainable maintainability.
