Successfully deployed across public transit networks in Tours and Besançon, FilGreen is a Serious Game designed to reduce the carbon footprint of bus fleets. The application challenges drivers daily on real telematics metrics: acceleration, braking, cornering forces, and schedule regularity. By rewarding individual and collective progress, the solution drives long-term, measurable behavioral engagement. This project materialized the synergy between backend engineering, telematics data processing, and behavioral gamification.
